At Whitehall Court in Westminster, EK RCA was appointed to undertake a reinstatement cost assessment for this high-quality and prominent residential building with Listed status. A comprehensive assessment of the whole building fabric was required to obtain an accurate figure.
In preparing our assessment, we were able to apply our knowledge and experience
of dealing with repair and major works projects of large scale, listed buildings.
